Seriously tho, I&#039;m glad you asked those questions.  Can one person do this?  No.  I see this as a first step.  I think ALL positions should be posted from here on out with these kinds of duties/responsibilities.  This is just a first.

This position is a &quot;starting point&quot;.  I actually crafted the position posting and in doing so had some conversations with our other public services librarians.  They ALL recognize the need for this position to get us &quot;jump started&quot; in this direction. They&#039;re all excited about where we&#039;re doing with this so I&#039;m excited too!  

Our librarians were just given wireless tablet pc&#039;s and docking stations.  They&#039;re at the point of actually talking about Firefox and the firefox extensions to let them easily blog (as well as other things)

I think you&#039;ll see more positions like this coming out of WSU and other institutions soon!</description>
