		<description>great outline, David. I recently started doing the &quot;glue&quot; thing too, and to good effect. I find that RSS especially is one of those things that really needs context to be understood, and when your course attendees see it in so many different contexts, it really registers!</description>

I know what you mean about the challenge of explain Web 2.0 to non-techie staff as I had this very conversation this morning with several colleagues after our staff meeting. It was an impromptu discussion that occured (literally) by the water cooler. I like your list of &quot;glue&quot; attributes and think I might borrow that next time I am trying to explain the difference between a 2.0 and 1.0 site.
