Netflix is wonderful because you don&#039;t have to go to the local video store, which is running out of business. So where is our delivery service?

Funky smell: that&#039;s the library, not the librarians... and I&#039;ve been to those places. Ick. Why bother? 

Content: do we really have content the way Netflix has content? If a bazillion people want a book, do we deliver?
