The point you make that these four concepts don&#039;t have to happen online (or even with electricity) really hit home for me. I wonder if some people get way too caught up in the technology - and then don&#039;t move forward because they may not have the technology to implement some of the standard 2.0 applications. Technology may become the problem for some. It seems to me we need to be thinking about changing the way we do business to attract customers, decide how we want to accomplish this and then apply the technology. Simply instituting a new technology using social software won&#039;t attract users if library staff are not committed to changing the library as a whole.</description>
