1. condiments are always on top
2. tomato and lettuce are always on top
3. If using a heel, it&#039;s always on top
4. Cheese - op top of the meat, but underneath the lettuce and tomato

One should not vary from these... :-)

And how funny on the streetlight thing!</description>
