(clue is her use of "holistic") In my academic library, what better way to invite staff who are isolated from each other in trad. static job definitions; who have no overall sense of library team; who are not challenged to think creatively, --lib 2.0 appears as a conceptual frame wherein we ( in this library at least) might do something like rethink what it is to be a library, and how we can recreate it and our job sense as well...
