You are so right. It inspired me and confirms my believe in the changes we have to make. As a 23-things mentor I present a lot in libraries all over the country. And I'm shocked to see the level of knowledgment. And the listeners are shocked when walk out of the room, being told by me that they have to change! I show basic stuff, like you do and it is as if I come from another planet. We have to fight the fight, and keep on doinig it for a long long time. Give people the right sense of urgency.
