David,

Thanks so much for including Lester Public Library in your presentation! Sure wish I could have been AT the presentation in Hawaii!

Your presentation looks awesome! Thank you for making it local. We are starting to see a “groundswell” of interest in social media here and I hope to connect soon with the Library Association.

I will be in your “sort of” general area – speaking at the Arkansas Festivals and Events Association in January. I don’t know where I am going to get the winter clothes just yet though…

Roxanne – you’re welcome! I’ve been enjoying the “making it local” thing for awhile now. It’s my secret “yes your customers really do this stuff” ploy – there’s always a couple librarians that tell me their patrons don’t do these new-fangled things, so I like to “introduce” them to one that does.

Yes, you will need a coat in Arkansas! Hope you have a great time!

Jeff – I, of course, was thinking about you, up north and all, the whole time… ok, not really. Seriously though, your library is a great example to use, because you’re a smaller library that GETS it. Keep rocking!
