Makes me smile every time :-)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;As to the Open Forum post - I just emailed in the text; they formatted their blog. Not sure what&#039;s up with the printing thing - just tried it. But nevertheless, I agree - printing IS part of the digital experience. I know I do it every single day, and making that seemingly little thing easy is a definite improvement in my book!</description>

When I clicked on the print icon in the Open Forum blog to print this article, it printed three pages that were essentially useless because the text was cut off so badly along the right margin. In designing the digital experience, it might be better not to offer a printer-friendly icon if that icon doesn&#039;t actually render a printer-friendly version of your page(s).</description>
