As to the Open Forum post – I just emailed in the text; they formatted their blog. Not sure what's up with the printing thing – just tried it. But nevertheless, I agree – printing IS part of the digital experience. I know I do it every single day, and making that seemingly little thing easy is a definite improvement in my book!
