My hotel was a good mile from the ALA2008 conference. One morning, I had to walk through a line of picketers outside Disneyland - it felt odd.

I am one of the presenters/conversation starters at BIGWIGs Social Software Showcase at the American Library Association’s annual conference (ALA2008). What is the Social Software Showcase, you ask?
